Mark Warner was born to Robert F. Warner and Marjorie Johnston warner on December 15, 1954, Indianapolis, Indiana. Mark developed an interest in politics while he was in school. His social studies teacher, Jim Tyler, encouraged him to work for political and social change during the boisterous year of 1968. He grew up in Illinois and in Connecticut later.
