12. The Ruby- 191 meters, 40 floors:
The Ruby is located in the Senapati Bapat Marg, Mumbai and it was completely constructed in the year 2011. This 627 feet tall building comprises 40 floors which are being used for commercial purposes. This building holds the 12th rank in the list of tallest skyscrapers in India 2017.

This 656 feet tall building comprises 45 floors. The building was completed in 2012 and since then it is being used as residential property.
9. Kohinoor Square- 203 meters, 52 floors
Located in Shivaji Park Mumbai, Kohinoor square is the 9th tallest building in our country. It is being constructed by one of the famous builder, Kohinoor group. The height of the semi twin, the mixed-used building is 666 feet which are 203 meters. The building was being made for the purpose of commercial and residential use.
Currently, some portions of the building are being used for the shopping mall and hotel premises and the rest are being used for residential purpose. Kohinoor Square is considered to be one of the luxurious and expensive skyscrapers of India. Reportedly, the construction cost was almost $350 million. The construction began in the year 2009 and completed in the year 2013. Kohinoor square is the first tallest skyscraper in India which has managed to achieve the gold rating in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for environmental sustainability.
8. Orchid Enclave- 210 meters, 52 floors
Located in Mumbai, this apartment is the 8th tallest building in our country. The height of the building is 210 meters. The building is being possessed by DB Realty. This is another luxuries project which comprises 52 floors with facilities like 5 car parking levels which have the capacity to hold almost 1000 cars, 3.4 acres garden space for recreational activities.
7. Lodha Bellissimo C- 222 meters, 53 floors:
This is another skyscraper which holds the 7th position in the list of the tallest skyscrapers of India. Lodha Bellissimo is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The height of the building is 728 feet and it comprises 53 floors. The building has the capacity to hold over the parking of 500 cars. The construction of the apartment began in the year 2006 and completed in the year 2012 and since then it is being used as residential property.

Located in Upper Worli, Maharashtra, the building was built by the Lodha group on the land of Srinivas mill. The height of the building is 732 feet and comprises 57 floors. The apartment is being used as a residential property from 2014. This is considered to be the tallest residential building in India. The construction cost of the building was almost $300 million.
